David is a retired First Sergeant having served 20 years of service in the Army Reserves Combat Engineers. John Hoy III the Vice President of HUC Inc. has over 25 years of construction experience. John Hoy III, Vice President - John is our chief operating officer and resident auger boring expert. John works as one of our lead estimators and brings a wealth of experience to each project HUC Inc. undertakes. John has worked in every aspect of the construction industry from laborer to operator and foreman all the way up to where he is now. With his knowledge and skill John ensures project success with all
Matthew Crawford, P.E., Project Manager - Graduating in 2012 from Penn State University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Matt is proficient in various engineering software. Matt has 7 years of construction experience and likes to expand his knowledge in underground utility work. He is active in both the office, completing bids and shop drawings, and in the field, often shooting grades and working with the field crews.
Kevin Toner, Drilling Superintendent - Starting with HUC Inc. in 2003, Kevin started his construction career as a laborer on the drilling crew. Growing more and more accustomed to the drilling operations led Kevin to taking the role as the horizontal direction drilling crew superintendent. Kevin oversees all drilling projects along with estimating and pricing potential projects.
Robert Reem, General Superintendent - Rob’s career with HUC Inc. started at the age of 18 when he signed on to be a laborer. Working his way up through the ranks, he now holds the title of general superintendent and manages all the crews outside of drilling and boring. With over 10 years experience, Rob has the knowledge and willpower to get jobs done efficiently and in a timely manner.
